Using a chrome moly center bar, billet inner c.v. with the oversized tripod, New heat treat on our 1117 billet outer c.v. The outer c.v. is made with a single arc design, this is a wear advantage over the factory Honda dual arc design that tends to wear out prematurely. this is a superior axle for any stock replacement or swap. these axle's carry a 6 month warranty (not covered for drag racing) and have green boots. Axles come with removable ABS ring's. Price listed is for both left and right axles. These axles are designed for an alternative to cheap re-builds and inexpensive units for swaps. Price: $399
Custom made for your hybrid. Our long anticipated level 2 axles are now available in a limited quantity, these axles are for the extreme street/track machine. Designed to handle 400HP (yes that’s right) at the wheels. these axles are the result of our track testing. the inner and center is borrowed from our track tested level 3 system using the 4340 solid torsion center bars, chrome moly spline plug and high grade inner housings with oversized tripod. What makes this stand apart from the rest is the new outer c.v. made from high grade chrome moly and designed to fit the standard spline size of the Honda/Acura platforms. Acura/Honda Stage 3 500HP and stage 5 700HP Hybrid axle/hub system

Special made for your hybrid. This is a extreme stage 3 system for all you tuners that have managed to get more HP out of the car than the most axles can handle. The system is designed to handle up to 550HP and will do it over and over again. made with all chrome moly parts this is one strong system for extremely fast street cars or any thing in the all motor class. new design uses solid torsion center bars, oversized inner tripods. our race proven outer c.v. and custom outer hub’s to fit the larger spline of the new outer. This is one of our most popular systems and is track proven to last. The reference to the ABS on the civic is due to Honda using two different wheel bearing's on the car (Integra all use the large one) the axles do not come with the ABS ring on them but we will custom install them for an additional $100.00 charge for the set. this system can also be altered to be used in rally and road racing applications. Remember we make what we sell and can do what you want. Kit includes both left and right complete axle's, both hubs and long or short studs. *due to availability the long stud's may come with 1.5x12 mm or 7/16 thread. Price: $999
Designed to handle up to 700HP This is our extreme stage 5 axle/hub system this uses some of the best materials and parts we offer. Starting with the outer c.v. being larger than the stock unit, set comes with custom hub to handle the bigger spline of the outer c.v. It has center bars made from 300M that is the strongest material you can make an axle from. The inner c.v. has an oversized tripod and extra strength housing, our exclusive spline plug design for unequaled spline strength. system comes with ARP studs and is a complete set of axles and hubs (axle is together you just have to press in the new hubs and install axles) so when your ready for the next level let us know. * due to availability of arp studs the system may come with 1.5x12mm or 7/16 fine studs Our Price: $1,599.
Acura/Honda Pro-series level 6 for 1.8 and 2.2

Xcel Automotive is proud to announce the introduction of our Pro-series stage 6 Axle/Hub/Intermediate/Rotor system. This system is for the Extreme car that has over 750HP to the wheels and is running fuel other than gas, Designed to handle 1000HP is has several advantages over our precious stage 5 system. First the outer c.v. is 50% larger and comes in a standard 5x114.3 lug hub design, Second the center bar and intermediate bar (included in this system) are 40% larger and have been heat treated with our new exclusive vacuum chamber, inert gas treatment. If that's not enough the inner tripod has been forged and solid 300M roller have replaced the needle bearing type from our previous system's. Being we have decided to use a 5 lug hub we have also supplied a set of custom BREMBO rotors that have been custom made to fit. Due to the size of the outer c.v. the car will need to have either 1992+ Civic abs style Spindles or any 1994+ Acura Integra spindles. The system will use the factory caliper from this spindle so smaller rim size will not be an issue. To round out the whole set it has a set of ARP 7/16 racing studs. We offer our axle set in levels so you don't have to buy more axle than you need but if your reading this it more than likely means you have achieved what most only think about.
